Invite Jesus into your difficulties
2 Minutes Read
John 2:2
Verse
“…Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding.” (John 2:2, emphasis added)
No matter what your level of relationship with Jesus is when you invite Him into your current situation, He will gladly come and will manifest His presence in a profound manner.

“…Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding.” (John 2:2, emphasis added)
Are you hooked up in negative circumstances? Is your situation too hard for you to handle? My dear friend, Jesus is the only answer to all your problems. There is no problem with which He has no solution. But accessing and experiencing the solution depends on us inviting Him. Have you invited Him specifically into your current situation?
The second chapter of the gospel of John records the very first miracle that Jesus performed while He was on earth. It was at a wedding in Cana, where Jesus changed water into wine. There would have been many other wedding parties in and around Galilee at that time, and there would have been similar circumstances of lacking or other discomforts. But do you know how Jesus could perform His first miracle at this wedding?
The moment such a question is put forth, we start thinking about the facts like - the servants were obedient to Jesus’s words; it was His mother’s faith and so on. Yes, these are all several reasons that could be pointed out. We can also glean a lot of lessons from these as faith matters, obedience matters, etc. However, the very reason the miracle could take place was because Jesus was present among them when they had a lacking something. Why was He there? Because He was invited.
The household of the Cana wedding might have known Jesus and they would have accepted him as the Messiah. But the very fact that they invited Him specifically to be part of the wedding function was the core reason why Jesus could ever do a miracle for them at the wedding. In the same manner, no matter what your level of relationship with Jesus is when you invite Him into your current situation, He will gladly come and will manifest His presence in a profound manner. He will show you the way to overcome any situation in life.
Like the faith of His mother and the obedience of the servants, our cooperation with what He teaches us matters, to bring forth the manifestation of blessings. But without taking the first step of inviting the presence of Jesus into our lives and circumstances, the manifestation of blessings cannot happen.
Invite our Lord Jesus, cast your cares on Him and rest in His promises. At the right time, He will guide you beautifully, and as you surrender yourself to Him, you will eventually receive your miracle or blessing which you are longing for.
God Bless You!!
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I invite you into my current situation (name your situation here). I ask you to intervene in this matter and help me. I trust in you and I stop worrying about it from this moment onward. I thank you in advance for answering my prayer and I choose to believe in you. Amen.
Remember
